2. Who you see is who you get. Often times, clients will fall in love with a band live or from a video, yet a completely different set of musicians show up on the day to perform. That’s not fair to the client and as musicians, it’s not fun meeting your bandmates for the first time on a performance. We ensure our bands have core members and only leverage substitutes in cases of emergency.

3. Beyond talent, we bring 15+ years of event production and 20+ years of corporate planning experience to the table so every detail and transition is revealed, documented, and executed flawlessly by our concierge team.

Of course, emergencies and sicknesses happen so when we need to, we can leverage our expert network of professional musicians. These players have all worked with us before and have been hand-selected through the course of our 15+ years experience in the private events industry.

Yes! All Pyra artists can learn songs to make that processional, first dance, or special moment just perfect. Don’t forget about our DJ team who can make custom remixes, mashups, and edits too!

100%. All our artists provide MC services for introductions, speeches, dances, and announcements.

We don’t require a stage but we do need a flat and level surface to perform on. The standard footprint for a 5-6 piece band is 16’ deep by 20’ wide but we can operate in just about any space. If you just prefer the aesthetic of an elevated stage, that works for us too!

For every event, we provide multi-site sound systems, stage and dance floor concert lights, and wireless mic bundles for your speeches, toasts, and announcements. If you need indoor or outdoor wireless uplighting or something more specific, just ask — we can do it all!

Yes, all our artists are insured and can produce a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue or corporate entity upon request.
